Guy tension

I just read the aricle on proper guy tensioning that's posted on the front page. A couple of questions, how do you know you've reached the magic 10%, what do you use for a tension indicator? Sorry for the newbie questions.

Loos makes several types of tensioners. Try:

http://www.championradio.com/

Click on "Rigging Gear". At the bottom of the page are Loos Guy Wire Tensioners.

There may be others...
