I would like to encourage everyone to participate in Kid's Day on Saturday June 16, 2001 from 1800-2400 UTC.
Kid's Day is held twice a year (January & June) to encourage hams to open their stations and introduce children to amateur radio. It's a great opportunity for children to speak with other children.
Kids should call "CQ Kid's Day." The suggested exchange is name, age, location and favorite color. The main idea is to have fun!
Suggested frequencies include: (14.270-14.300), (21.380-21.400) and (28.350-28.400) MHz.
