The "Forums" entry along the right side of the main page always has "Hot Topics" that are at least a couple years old:

This is the top listing in the APRS forum:

 (not that APRS is very active, but this is far from anything recently active in that forum)

The more active forums (TowerTalk, etc) seem to be serving up 2 year old threads in that box.

Been like this for a long time... now that the new site has gone completely over I figured I'd bring it up again.

Hi Dan,

That hot topics thing has always been a bit problemsome.  In light of the new forums, maybe it's time we look at it again.
