Oops - I copied those frequencies a bit too uncritically. 1.838 MHz is in the 160m DX window, and should therefore only be used for intercontinental QSOs. For "local" QSOs, you should stay below 1.830 MHz. Likewise, 30m activity is better below 10.140 MHz than above, so as not to interfere with packet ststions, and on 12m, MFSK will probably be found close to 24.920 MHz. In all cases, listen first!
