On Saterday night 1/26/02 I monitored a 1200 baud conversation in the digital band of 20m. Both the call signs were from other countrys. I monitored the packet transfer and was alble to decode the packets with ease but the contents were jibberish like the text either compressed or scrambled.
Do some other countrys allow wide band digital on 20?
Was this pirate operation?
Was it covert or terrorist?
Did any one else copy it?
