Sun about to 'flip' magnetic field??

I understand this is a 'regular' part of the suns cycle but what does it all mean?

The way I see it, it means a period of chaos while the internal vortices of the sun realign themselves to the sun's axes, then reassert their strength.

It's a bit like strongly stirring a cup of coffee one way, then suddenly switching directions.

We can expect steadily declining propagation, since this seems to be coincidental with the peak of the 11 year sunspot cycle. Otherwise, it should be very uneventful, considering we've all lived through a number of these already.
