PSK METER
« on: June 09, 2004, 08:18:40 AM »

Hello all

does anyone know what configuration settings are for the PIC 16f876 for the PSK METER? When programming the PIC the firmware is put in the eeprom memory is this correct? I can not get my circuit to work with or without the mod connecting pins 4 + 6 on the d connector. The circuit is built on an breadboard.I would appreciate any help.

Many thanks

Andy.

I didn't think the PSK Meter was capable of programming the PIC. You are correct that the program code is written to the PROM in the chip. Generally you need special programming hardware and software in order to read the hex code from a file and load it into the PIC.
