Title: Stolen SB200, Motorola AM radio, HP spectrum analyzer, sailboat stuff.
Post by: AH7I on August 05, 2017, 08:24:17 AM
Stolen from my storage in Canton GA.
It's been a while. I'm putting out the word.
I'm patiently closing in on the thief.
Best he find me with restitution before I find him.

Also taken, misc tools, fuel injector test set, tubes, and Altec speakers.

Sorry to hear of that.

A wierd list of things stolen. Why would a common theif need a spectrum analyzer?
The thief or thieves stole diiferent items so there's no habit to trace.

If it were just boat stuff, or just radio sutff, that would point the way.

In this case they took all they could grab and it's spread out by now.

Where is Canton by the way. I'm in Warner Robins.

I'm sure the thief doesn't need a spectrum analyzer.. but probably looks like they could get a hefty sum of money for it to fund their next purchase of drugs..

Sorry to hear of the theft :( It definitely sucks

Thieves can be knowledgeable. He knew nothing of motorcycles, leaving a $400+ set of vintage carbs sitting on the bench. The fuel injector test set is portable and labeled.

What model of spectrum analyzer so we can keep an eye out for it?

HP141T. I do not have the serial number recorded.

Nothing has turned up. The sail boat parts were the most expensive thing taken. They are numbered so may turn up eventually.

Could have been more than one thief. Hence, the odd mix. I did not visit it for almost a year while in nursing school.

My stuff was at the old Canton mercantile. The property was sold and what was not scrapped should end up in a new shop sometime this summer. Permits pending.

So sorry to hear your bad experience.  If you had SN's would possibly help, or any other info.  GL and hope you get things sorted out.
