Title: Ftm-400 is not working with Aprs mobile.

So, when I bought my ftm-400 I installed it into my shack running off my diamond x50 which is about 20 feet in height and Aprs worked fine, I could send and receive perfectly. However I installed it in my car on a diamond k400/diamond nr770hbnmo and now I’m not getting anything on Aprs and I’m still able to hit repeaters on vhf way past where the digipeater is. Any idea what I’m doing wrong?

Are you running APRS on the B (lower) band? That's the only one it works on. Did you accidentally turn the APRS modem off? Do you have a PL decode enabled on the frequency for some reason?

I am running Aprs on the B band, the Aprs modem is on, no PL’s are on at this time. I’ve went through several videos and the only thing I’m thinking is maybe Aprs doesn’t have coverage here?
