Title: Need help with ARCP-890 "CONNECT" locks up TX

After starting up ARCP-890 it goes through the refreshing routine and presents a normal control panel.  Whenever I click on the CONNECT button the TX and BUSY come on and stay on untill I click on the CONNECT button again and the control panel becomes inactive, thereby keeping me from accessing the control features of the software.  I would greatly appreciate it if anyone offer any suggestions on what to check here?

Problem corrected.  Must have VOX turned ON in the TS-890S for ARCP-890 to properly control radio.  Why?  I don't know.  Take me to the woodshed!  :-[ :-[ :-[
