Radio Vanuatu third harmonic 11835 kHz (3945 fundamental) as heard From Florida in the USA.
 
Monitored from 07:30 UTC until their (late) sign off at 10:30 on Jan 16 2023.

No spectrum analyzer comparison between the primary signal and the third harmonic signal level.

If they are running let say 30 KW. A  -30 dB harmonic will still be 30 watts out. More than enough to be heard under good skip conditions. This is not a problem but a tempest in a tea pot.

Info on their current power output is sketchy - I find 2.5KW listed on one resource and 10KW on another online site. They are aware of the problem and I expect that sooner or later an engineer will make a journey to the island chain and make needed repairs. If the transmitter is severely mistuned they may be putting out even more power than that.

In the meantime we'll get a shot at some South Pacific DX on the 25m band!
