I give them a fair rating. They sell Amateur, LMR, GMRS, etc. American (?) and Chicom radios. Pretty fair selection. I do not like their exchange / return policy at all. If you get a radio and are not satisfied with it and want to exchange it for a different one, they will not do it according to their policy page. They will only take returns / refunds if the package is NEW / unopened or if their is an actual defect of the unit. That's not very good about customer satisfaction with these policies. Walmart is better and that's not saying much. If you buy from this company, do ALL your homework first and make dang sure you order what you wanted. I have a GMRS handheld I'm not satisfied with but stuck with it.

Sounds like their return policies are in line with most small companies and not unreasonable. Mega stores such as Walmart can easily afford to absorb losses on returned items but many small businesses cannot. I've been on both sides of that fence and it is a delicate
balance for small to medium businesses.....

Maybe not a 30 day period but at least a 7 day return period should be allowed and how are you going to know if you like the radio unless you try it out? What if it doesn't meet your needs? Opened box returned in "Like New" condition including plastic still on the display should be allowed. I don't think this is unreasonable.

THey don't allow returns even with a restocking fee-usually 15%.
Of course try to return an automobile you just bought but didn't like and see how that goes.

As I said, less than stellar policy. I will only buy something I am already familiar with price / performance wise from them. Anything new and different...I'll pass.

Wow--- One word: Entitled
Do research, try a friends radio, etc
If you don't like it , that is on you not the seller.
And like others said, try that with a car!
I have never tried to return a radio because "I didn't like it"

"Entitled"
The most abused word of our modern dictionary! I'll live by the rule of "earning to own"!

Impractical, Not Entitled! Especially if you're the only one in the area with the radio and no loaners are available except from a hundred miles away. I'm rural.. Product descriptions are not always complete. I will turn around and sell the radio I dislike at a loss.
