In general, it's better to start a new topic in Site Talk when a new problem arises. The admin staff gets faster notification and better visibility into the problem that way. Even if you think it's the same problem that happened a few weeks ago, please start a new thread.
It unfortunately doesn't help us much to post that there's a problem, for example, with the DX spots into a year-old thread on the topic.
