Both sides appear to be BPBR filters...   based on the similar cavity lengths, I'd opine both sets are made for the same frequency range.  I'd also guess the design featured either a higher power, lower loss, or greater reject requirement on one side of the frequency pair than the other.

Repeater Builder would be the place to ask, however.

Hey Joe, I have a Moto service monitor if you want to check them out. If the cans were moved it's possible that they got nudged out of tune. With that many cans a little would translate into a lot.

Jason,  Thanks for the offer. I don't think they have been nudged out of tune or anything just perhaps need some fine tuning.
There are a couple local hams that have the capabilities to check them.
