AC relays have a long history of deterioration over time. Try running that Dow Key on DC by starting low and increasing the voltage. I had to do that with a bunch of 24VAC relays I used to switch yagi stacks, phasing, etc on 4 towers used for serious contesting. Many would only work on 24-28VDC....maybe it was all the RF in the repurposed CATV enclosures Roll Eyes
