I have a Icom IC 2200H And can,t seem to get Neg. offset with any Freq. below 145.2000. Has anyone had this issue with these?

Do you get the '-' or '+' sign on the display when you hold down the duplex key in VFO mode?  Or is it saying [OFF] when you key?

 That was the problem ( Operator Error ). Thanks Mark,, Sometimes it takes us old folks a awhile to figure things out. Thanks Again. Denny.

No problemo.  I have a 2100 and a 2200, I really like these rigs.  FYI, you can program these with CHIRP.
