I own two HP 412 A's and the meter scales peeled off.  It seems to be common for some old TE.
Does anyone know who has the know how to re print the scales on the old meter plates? I have a photocopy of a good one?

For my ranget is shrink the photocopy to size on a copier and printed on good paper stock, trimmed to size and put it in the meter. I did not reuse the plastic original as the light had to pass thru it and i hated the orangie look. Woody

If you have a digital copy of the original, just make sure it's sized to print right and get a print made of it from Wallyworld or your local camera shop. I made some for my R390A and boy do they look good, look just like the metal ones. Nice stiff paper too, unlike regular paper.
