I just had an idea.  My second floor apartment is near a metal roof.  If a vertical is mounted over it, at an angle say 15-20 Degrees, how would this work? I live at the base of a hill blocking the Northeast. I am thinking of having it lean toward the hill.  What do you think?

I could use a Triband collinear or a Larson 270?  I can mount it about 4 feet or more above the roof.

For working the FM birds? If so, many have had reasonable success with that "20-degree" tilting of
a vertical to work passes ...
