Has anyone done business with this company?  They seem to have some excellent prices and a lot of good stuff besides just radios.

I have and consider them top shelf.  They pack their stuff well (at least for me) as compared to ham station (rcvd 2 damaged items from them in crappy boxes), but R&L have decent prices too....

I've been to their store several times when I lived in the area. Nice little store, packed with 'stuff'.
I would like to know why their price of the Icom 7610 has jumped back to the 'normal' price of $3899??

Sure, I've bought all my rigs from them. They have good prices and services. They're about 40 miles from my qth.
My only complaint is that they are sometimes out of stock on lesser items. But they always have a great selection and are in stock on radios.

The 7610 at $3449 was quite the price, wasn't it.  I'll bet they sold so many that they thought better of that price.  Anyway, R&L is, in my opinion, as good as HRO for mail order.  Sometimes their prices are lower, sometimes not.  Sometimes shipping is included, sometimes not.  Do your homework.  I am very satisfied with R&L as well as HRO.  I like using Universal Radio, too.  They are a little pricier, and you have to make sure what you want is in stock.  Their website is a wealth of knowledge, so I like to give them some business when it makes sense.  Also, I have bought used gear from all three with excellent success.

Have done business with them for years, always a pleasant experience and they have a knowledge base most don't.
