Looking on specs on the TX INH input (pin Cool to the TUN/LIN Din socket on the rear of the Yaesu FT-991.

Active High? Active Low? Voltage level? Timing?

Kind of just went through a similar thing with my new 991A. Pin 8 (inhibit) appears to be low for cabling to an Ameritron ARI-500 amplifier interface. It is connected to pin 3 (ground) in this cable so I would have to assume that INHIBIT would be active when 8 is high. What are you trying to do with this port?
