Well it's 2am and time for sleep but i'm happy to have got it all setup and running.

A special thanks to Jarrod VK3BL that happened to be my first ever QSO, even if it was a simple FT8 Exchange.

Even though the external screen is "limited" in it's resolution i've got to say it is well worth doing, the display in the photo is a 24" 1920x1200 and it looks smooth and sharp.

Amazing setup! Life is too short to operate with one small screen, maybe two isn't enough, but a knobbed fantastic Icom rig with three screens for sure is like canned peaches: just good

You're welcome!  I thought I recognised the call so I went for it!

Nice looking setup there; I really need to try the external monitor feature out.  And get more sleep too hehe Smiley

Very nice, WUXGA isn't a bad resolution at all, the station looks nice with the new radio.
