I use DIGIPAN for psk31 and it works fine.  I loaded  FLDIGI 4.012.  I went through setup.    I set  the power(watts) to  about 30.When I try to transmit only about .5 watts shows on my meter.  I never had trouble with older versions.  I have tried versions 3.23.17 and earlier.

Can anybody help?

Did you remove the 3dB attenuation that is set by default in FLDIGI?
