I have a Yaesu FT-401b and a FL 2000b. I need to know and understand how to change the amp to 110v and how to hook up the 401b to the 2000b.
Please no dumb remarks, I already know how dumb I am Roll Eyes

Thanks for any help.

I would start out by checking your line voltage to see if it's really 110 volts.  Mine runs around 123 volts and my FL-2100F amplifier has connections for 117 volts - using a lower voltage would give you too much plate voltage.  Download a manual and see what your voltage options are.

Not a dumb remark...but...don't you have the manuals for them? If not they should be easily downloaded off the net and I'm sure everything you need to know would be in them.
