Are you talking about that meandering khz-wide stuff at 14065 or so, or the smaller wobbly at 14110? I usually attribute those to local switching power supplies. If you had a sound clip wav, I'd be glad to offer an opinion.

I'm talking about the bright blue broadbanded hash in the waterfall corresponding to the hump in the panadapter over the same range.

Looks like a switching power supply or a DC-DC converter to me.
