Title: Twin Cities FM Club November Meeting...
Post by: KC0VCU on October 22, 2005, 01:44:27 AM
The November 8 meeting of the Twin Cities FM Club has a special event planned for the post business part of the meeting.

There will be a pannel discussion from four Amatuers who worked in the post Katrina recovery efforts, in different capacities. One worked on helping rebuild the communications infrastructure, others worked at other tasks.

This is a follow up to the October First Wednesday network where three of the participants discussed several of the same experiences.

The Twin Cities FM Club meets every other (odd) month at the Golden Valey Police and Safety Center in Golden Valley, Minnesota. The meeting begins at 7:30 PM and is usually followed at 8:30 PM by a speaker (or in this case four speakers.) We also have a very well appointed Club Shack that members are encouraged to use and work with others on improving.

We do expect this meeting to be well attended. The general topic of the panel is "Lessons Learned, After Katrina."
