Post by: KG4GZW on March 16, 2005, 06:03:39 AM
Currently i have a G5RV running N & S. Im wondering can i also run one E & W.on the same mast. How close can they be with out affecting performance as long as they are not touching each other?

If they're installed at 90 degree angles, any spacing works -- including touching each other at the feedpoint, and feeding them in parallel.

Not sure you would really gain all that much from doing that. The pattern of an inverted V is more omni-directional than a flat top to begin with.
