I have a problem with connections between my Icom 756Pro2, the Rigblaster Plug and Play digital interface and DigiPan software.  The interface with the cable from WestMountain (specifically  made for the Icom) runs from the ACC1 port on the Icom to the soundcard on the computer, and, of course, the USB cable.  I configured the software settings to use the Rigblaster device and the correct Com port.  The computer (XP operating system) has the right driver, I think, because the computer recognizes the device. However, when I boot the software, it immediately throws the rig into transmit, and I have to close the software to turn off transmit.  Any ideas? I’m new to digital modes.

Thanks,

Dave
