I have the wiring diagram for the microphone. I need to get the side connecting to the Plug (Tip/Ring/Sleeve ) for the Collins. Collins Xmtr requires High Impedance. 1 is gnd, 2 is high impedance, says 3 & 4 are low impedance. One of these 3 or 4 has to be the other side of the High impedance return. According to the Collins Schematic - I need to connect (3) wires. The way I see it, is that there is only 2 connections. Ground and pin 2. Except on the Collins side there is the ground and 2 other connections to complete the audio input circuit. Anyone with suggestions or diagram ? I know I will figure this out if I look at long enough and uncross my eyes for a moment.

I went back into my tube days for a while studying the Collins schematic and figured out what I needed. I wired the mic up and it seems that the mic I bought off ebay isn't working properly. So I reckon I will attempt to repair it, and look for another mic in the mean time if it turns out it's not repairable (if parts are available). Thanks for all that took a moment to read about my temporary delema.  Smiley
