V84SAA; 40m & 80m CW via LoTW; previously confirmed by QSL card.

This is my best 80m DX so far on my horizontal loop + 100 watts... 9,398 miles from here according to QRZ App map.  Used same antenna to get him on 40m.  Perhaps a testament to good ops on the DX end as much as anything here.

Nice one! It's been a while since I heard a VK6 on 20m, but you work them easily on 80m.  Grin

The morning grayline opening is one of the easiest ways to work DX  if you wake up early enough to be on at sunrise.  The propagation enhancement is can result in booming signals over a short period of time--I got a +04 report from a ZL3 on 80M this morning!

Wow that's very impressive! The only VK6s I have are on 40/20m SSB and 20/17m FT8...… 80m is quite a feat.

Vince, congrats to VK on 80m. I'm sure Graham is glad to have worked another eHamer.

I don't know about that  Grin Grin , but *I* was very happy.

Yesterday morning was nice, with VKs and ZLs. I also worked ZL, but it was not a new band, like VK.
