Abubaker does not always upload a QSO to LoTW unless requested. Just email him if you want your QSO confirmed on LoTW. He absolutely does QSL, however I know from my own experience cards get lost both ways, which he obviously has no control over.

Ray,

Joe 7Q7BP is a silent key now. My last QSO with him was on March 25, 2017 at 2210z. The last QSO in his log was 31 minutes later.

G3SWH takes care of his QSLs and uploads.

FR4QT for CQWW SSB and ARRL SSB contest Q's on 15 ssb.

9K2NO for 2017 ARRL SSB contest Q's on 15 and 40 and for ARRL CW contest Q on 40 cw.

Ray, I just got lucky. I heard him (ZS8Z) in a QSO with ZS1AFS. When they finished their "local" QSO, I called him and he was immediately in my log. Likely no one else called.

The CONDX during summer is not the best for that part of the world. During December/Januaray his signals will be much better. He will be in ZS8 till 2018.
