I see that 5T5OK logs were uploaded on 10/22 but my QSO's have not been confirmed. yet. I worked them on 30, 40 and 80. Since they uploaded a lot of QSO's does it take time for LOTW to confirm all those QSO's? I don't think I logged the date/times wrong for all 3 QSO's.

Very likely they have only so far, uploaded for contributors/OQRS-direct-with-$'ers. They will do a upload of all QSO's in 6 months.

Look at their QSI instruction page https://www.cdxp.cz/?page_id=59 and notice the two priorities I highlight below. This is a common QSL model the past few years for many dxpeditions:

Quote
1. OQRS – direct QSO to LOTW send every month

4. Lotw, Eqsl.cc – upload all qso  6 months

Also note, that you can go to http://www.clublog.org/charts/?c=5T5OK and begin the OQRS process to check that you are in the log with matching times/dates.

It is sometimes an unannounced policy, especially for resident DX or smaller expeditions.

I've lost track of the number of times I have sent direct, especially OQRS, and then received an LOTW confirmation in a day or two.  The card came later on.

I myself would be glad to skip the direct card and let the Expedition get the extra few dollars that it cost in postage to send it to me. As long as I get the LOTW credit quicker. If they could send me the card via buro that would be nice but I'm not going to insist on it. I would feel better about it too because then I would know that all of my donation went to help the DXpedition and not to postage/printing costs.

Some DXpedition organizers that have their own OQRS system have this as an option (donate electronically, get fast LOTW upload, paperless, more money to the DXpedition) but I don't think it exists in Clublog yet.

It think it would be a welcome feature, if implemented by Clublog, too. Many of us don't really care much about paper QSLs and an LOTW-ONLY option would leave a bit extra in the pocket of the DXpedition.

Agreed.. for the most part I am only looking for band-fills these days from most dxpeditions, so a quick LoTW confirm would be great for my donation. They can send a paper card via the bureau if they want. The only time I really care about paper QSL's from a DXpedition is for an ATNO.. those I prefer direct.

Yes, a friend of mine (OM3IM) just sent me an email saying the same thing! He just received an LOTW confirmation for a Heard Island QSO with VK0IR from 20 years ago, 1997 January 20.  Grin

EA6VQ and SV1CIF on 10M FT8 via LoTW--band was open yesterday!  Two more and I'll have worked 100 countries on 10M digital.

Thanks for posting that.

That gives me 30, 20, and 17m QSLs now.

If no one is doing it that way, there is a probably a very good reason.

Again, nothing rare, but the P40EU and PJ4/NT5V expedition just uploaded to LOTW. I worked P40EU on 10m and PJ4/NT5V on 20,17,15,12,10m. Also, got a LOTW confirmation from ER1MM on 17m. Moldova has been quite elusive for me, but they had a big signal on 17m the other day!

ER1MM was a new country confirmation and my PJ4/NT5V 12m QSO was a new band-fill  Wink

I guess I'll have to wait another 5 months for 5T5OK to get confirmed  Grin

TO0R (VK0IR team on Reunion) just uploaded for a QSO in 1996.

That QSO is old enough to buy a drink!

A more generalized feature that is nearly already there is to have immediate LOTW upload followed by "buro" card.  That would cover more cases without cluttering the interface with a lot of options.

A major DXpedition sending the buro cards, once, direct to the actual "buros" would not be a major burden if they were compensated for the ones made possible by this option.  It might even help pay for the 'normal' buro stuff.  Thus, even if the members were not members of their nation's ARRL equivalent, they could still manage this.  And, the added cost for the card would not be all that great.  Maybe 10 or 20 cents for the card, presuming it wasn't donated, plus maybe another 10 US cents for the pro-rated mailing cost.

Those that want an eventual 'buro' card are served, those who are indifferent to buro cards won't mind much, the sponsors of the DXpedition get their sponshorship, via the card, delivered a bit more widely.
