Got a confirmation from him too... my first OX station on LOTW! (20m, PSK31... one of my few PSK QSOs)

Oh and thanks for the QSO in WPX RTTY, Obie -- I recognized your call...  Smiley

Thanks Mason, for the contact and the point...I also recognized your call. I did not have the time to personalize our contact.

It was fun to work both of you in addition to N5MOA and other familar eham posters whilst in Belize. I had a blast operating as V31VP during the contest and my own call V31CQ before/afterwards.

Oh so that was you! I knew someone I worked down in V3 said Hi Mason  Smiley Thanks for the QSO! I have also worked V31VP on SSB before; not sure if it was you operating or another operator...

V31VP is the call of a friend of mine who'd invited me down to operate WPX RTTY. It was my first time there so you likely worked him.

If you go to his QRZ page he has a neat tool where you can put in your call and play audio that was recorded for your QSO. Interesting to hear what one sounds like on the other end...

Yes, I discovered that tool a few months ago... super cool!! It's nice to see how I sound on the DX's end.
