YI3WHR just received his LOTW certificate. Now he just needs to figure out how to use it. He's planning to read the Help file.

Wahhab, YI3WHR, is a recently licensed ham in Iraq. He's been very active and has achieved quite a lot in a very short time. He started with a home made dipole low above his roof, then he graduated to a Moxon antenna at a slightly better height and now he is thinking about a 3 element Yagi 12 meters (40 feet) above the ground. Originally he started just on SSB, but has since tried all the modes he could... RTTY, PSK, SSTV, JT65, JT9. Now he sent me an email saying he wants to learn the Morse code!!!

How refreshing it is to see a new ham who has in such a short time got involved with this hobby so much and he even wants to learn the Morse code!!!

Were you a pre-trip donor?  I was, and I'm wondering if I was supposed to use OQRS or if my donation entitled me to a QSL.  These policies vary from one expedition to the next so they're hard to keep track of.

Gavin, I'm waiting for ET7L, too. I requested it by OQRS. I read somewhere that they sent their documents to the ARRL DXCC Desk at the end of May. I'm hoping for an LOTW any day now.

EDIT: Gavin, yes, you can request direct ET7L QSL via OQRS.

I worked them on 3 bands.  I don't know what they uploaded to but no LoTW here. I did do OQRS and $5 on May 18th.
