ET7L - from the QSL manager's QRZ.com web page:

"20.06.2016 - All paper requests are sent. On June 21st we start to send OQRS direct.".

It seems the OQRS is the slower route and the sending of a paper QSL card to the manager is the faster method, at least in this case.

Another update regarding ET7L by the QSL manager US0LW:

13.06.2016 - QSLs are ready and I starts to answer all requests
20.06.2016 - All paper requests are sent. On June 21st we start to send OQRS direct.

ET7L still no QSL or LOTW, but I worked ET3AA yesterday, June 26, and it came via LOTW today, June 27... a new confirmed entity #303 for me...  Grin
