Hi Marvin. That was UA1OT Roman from April 1989. The card says he was on Kheiss Island FJL. I believe he was there for a couple of years. Cheers

Thanks. The FJL station my friend was looking for was R1FJZ, but I suspect the recent operation of RI1FJ filled his needs and the old missing QSL card is no longer that important to him.

LP1H and JE1CKA have both joined LoTW and have uploaded a bunch of Qs.  14 Qs from HI3K!

Nice.  Have they cracked 100,000 users yet?

Has anyone received RI1FJ via LOTW yet? I see that there has already been an LOTW upload (3 days ago, 8/25), but I haven't received anything yet myself (I did use OQRS + a small donation).

Still waiting for FT4JA as well - looking forward to getting it. Arrived in the mail today.

Received yesterday LoTW confirmations from 5W0UU and OH0BCI for QSOs in 2014.

Has anyone here successfully QSLed with TC0A for a QSO made during CQWW CW 2015? I've tried twice (direct and OQRS) and emailed the manager with no response. Have LoTW confirmations from them for CQWW CW 2014.

I am also still awaiting the arrival of FT4JA QSL card. I am not doubtful that it will arrive, though.

Heres a general bureau QSL question. Has anybody received a card from the Bosnia (E7) bureau recently. I have many cards that are 4 and 5 years old and go to stations who use the bureau but to date I havent received any cards from E7. Just something I noticed (I know the bureau is slow but just curious if anyone else noticed same thing).

Marvin - I emailed Victor (UA2FM) this morning, and will let you know what he has to say about the situation.  I am in the same boat.

I had a few in my most recent bureau shipment.  Most were for older QSOs.  Some bureaus just seem to operate sporadically.  In one shipment a couple years ago I got a bunch of cards from the YU bureau, all for 3DA0NW in 2005!!
