china.  past posts paint a picture of customs for RF Parts, took a long time to train the workers to make ham tubes instead of glowbugs for audiophools that don't run 2 kilovolts.

China, there is at least two sources in China. One exclusive to RF parts white base tubes that they do not offer to re-sellers that are supposed to be near Centron quality. The others, black base,  are from at least one other source. DX labs uses this and likely QA's tubes to weed out bad ones. BTW RF Parts sell white base and black base tubes.
