One vote for the program TeamViewer which allows someone to have a remote session with their PC, which may be running a program decoding digital modes, and providing for CAT control. I don't know if TeamViewer is available for the Mac or for an iPhone, but it works well on a PC and Android phone or tablet. 73s de KJ4VPI

TeamViewer is available for the Mac.

But if all you want is to run another PC remotely, Windows has the Remote Desktop program as part of the OS, if you have Windows XP, 7, 8, or 10 Pro.  It's not supported on the Home versions.

One nice thing about  teamviewer is that is supports many different clients.  In my case I use a 40" 4K monitor on my PC and I can connect to this with my 10" android tablet.  The beautiful thing is that I can just use the touch screen to zoom in as I wish and move around on the screen very easily.  This is not possible with Windows remote desktop where you will need to change the resolution on the server to fit the client.
Also TeamViewer is quite a bit better at sending graphics intensive data that changes quickly like a panadapter display.
It's a nice product.
