The Phoneticians would be offended by your phonetic use of Whiskey.  Wink I bet it is illegal in Lynchburg TN (dry county where Jack Daniels is distilled).

Many dozens of hams cross a bridge between Virginia and DC or Maryland twice daily.  Prior to the change in FCC rules, repeaters were clogged with "W4XX mobile 4 now mobile 3" type messages.
