Bought a rotor on eBay back in Dec. 2015.  Had his ID tag on bottom and eBay receipt confirmed he was the seller. Fast forward to Nov. 2016 when I got ready to put it up. The needle would stick at North when moving to West and then suddenly the needle would jump from North to West in a second. Contacted seller and his response was that he's rebuilt thousands of rotors and I was stuck with it.  No offers to make good on his work.  Took it to a friend who spent a lot of time rebuilding it and took about 2  lbs. of grease out of it (a lot more than needed) and replaced old pot and some hardware.  Guess I got stung on this one...too bad Ken Brownson , KT4KI, wasn't a reputable ham. If you see him selling rotors on Ebay , avoid him  !
