Jay, no way a question received at acom at acom-bg.com to remain unanswered. Either your email was not received, or the reply is in your junk folder.
Are you sure you got SB28? Could it be SB26? This reads a plate current when the tube is cut off.  Can be caused by a gassy tube or an internal short. SB2B is also a fault that is more likely than SB28.
You will be better helped if you call and copy the last fault codes stored in the memory (as is described in the manual).
