How can they get away charging for 12 issues and only be erratic at sending them out.

World Radio was an awesome publication but went the way of the dodo bird, cq is almost there.

I have been receiving the digital version of CQ since they started publishing it.  It has been always available on the first day of the month unless those days fall on a weekend.  I prefer a paper edition but do not have the patience for the monkey business that befalls that product.

Maybe CQ just needs to be a digital only magazine.  I bet QST will be a digital only magazine, in just a few years, but they should produce a DVD copy at the end of the year for a fair price, so you can have all 12 months for your own archive.
