Has anyone connected a Yaesu FT-450D to MacLoggerDX 6.17? MacLoggerDX 6.17 will not recognize Yaesu FT-450D MacOS High Sierra 10.13.4. I have tried both a Sabrent USB 2.0 to Serial (9-Pin) DB-9 RS-232 Adapter Cable 6ft Cable [FTDI Chipset] (CB-FTDI) running the FTDI driver and a DTECH 6 Feet USB 2.0 to RS232 DB9 Female Serial Adapter Cable running the Prolific driver. I cannot get MacLoggerDX to see the radio with either cable/driver configuration. The drivers load and are visible and loaded via System Information Hardware USB and System Information Software Extensions. I went into Yaesu in Cypress, California and the technicians simply said the 450D will not talk to a Mac.
