I bought a used Alpha Delta 4 position switch at a ham meet for $20. It had problems and when I opened the unit up, the plastic screws had separated due to old age. The conduction strips were shorting to ground. Sent an E-Mail to Alpha Delta and their owner/manager sent a reply that they would send out the screws and washer right away...no charge.

Two days later, via FED-X, the screws and washers arrived. Great service They even attached the tracking number all on their dime.

I had a similar excellent customer service experience with Alpha Delta that I posted to this forum back in January.
