I recently ordered 3 kits from QRPGuys and a critical component was missing in one of the kits. It's been almost a week since I've contacted them about the problem but have received no response to date.

Just wondering what others have experienced with this company?

I notice there are six names/ham callsigns listed on their homepage as the company staff, including one listed as being responsible for "logistic support, beta testing, kitting."

I assume you contacted them at their main email box (qrpguys@gmail.com).  You may want to consider reaching that individual by email at the email address for him available at QRZ.COM.

My experience with them was good, keeping in mind that they are a 'cottage' operation.

I've ordered several kits from them over the past couple years and have had no issues.
They provide some very useful kits at more than reasonable prices.

Bernie -

3 of the 6 emails listed came back as undeliverable. qrpguys@gmail.com was one of the good ones. I'm going to take everyone's advice and adopt a wait and see attitude.

Gotcha.  Sorry to hear it.  But I'll bet you'll get satisfaction from them.
