Got a new power SEC-1235M power supply from them about 7 years ago.

I broke one connector on it, over-tightening a screw.

They sent me a new connector set, with all the related hardware, no questions asked.

After 7 years?  yes...

First-class mail packet from Canada, with a hand signed note, and a business card for any follow-up.

Now, that is what is called customer service!

http://www.samlexamerica.com/ or http://www.samlexamerica.com/products/Category.aspx?cid=M1 for the power supply section if you want to send some business their way.

I bought mine brand new about 6 months ago and proceeded to break BOTH screws. For right now I'm just leaving my DC lead wire attached as I cannot seem to figure out how to remove those screws now. I wish they had used some other type of connector, hadn't used brass screws, or I wasn't such a danger with a screwdriver.
