Rcvd a response to a want from K2BXB, email service outlook.  It was around 3:30 AM so doubtful it was real.  Asked questions of item this individual supposedly had for sale, didn't add up...so be careful.  See no activity on this callsign on the swap boards either...

Thank you for the warning. Just saying someone bounced a check makes me not take a
check from them.

I don't leave my wallet out in the open to prove somone will steal it.

Just received direct message (not via QTH.com) from K2BXB - his email service outlook.com in regards to my add on QTH.com

Let me know if you are still in search of  ANAN-10 as I have one for sale.
Works great, just upgrading. Comes with Power cord and Yaesu Mic adapter.
I'm asking $900 shipped.

The email and PP info used by the scammer has been locked out on QTH, however, you may encounter it off Eham as well....

Be careful.....

So if a person works third shift and chooses to respond to an ad during a break at 3:30 AM it should automatically be considered fake? Not everyone works and lives by the 9-5 schedule.
