I have added several rigs to my restoration page, the latest being the Palomar SSB/AM rig:
http://www.parelectronics.com/vintage-palomar-kachina-10m-6m-ssb-am.php

From what I have ben able to discover, Palomar apparently bought the Kachina design (likely done by Les Earnshaw of Atlas fame). Thier 1st production looks to be the same as the Kachina 1. The 2nd, from outward appearances, has an updated front panel and got away from the Atlas style large plastic frequency disc. The last one added digital readout, replaced the squelch with RIT and numerous circuit changes.
The Palomar Electronics site is back up- thanks to Sam Lewis' grandson, but I have not been able to get any reply from them about this rig. Any info or docs would be appreciated. You can compare the Palomar layout to  the Kachina 1 which is also on my site:

Also new are the Clegg 66er, SB-303 and Drake 1A photos
