Hi,
Does Anybody have a vintage japanese transistors data book for sale ??
I mean not a substitution book only but a data book dating near 80's 90's ??
Some of these book have data specs + substitution all together.
I need the (Type Si/Ge, Vce, Vbe, Hfe, Pmax type of infos..)
These books are mostly soft cover with lots of Japanese writtings in them.
Please Pm me if you get one to sell.

I suggest used bookstores in a college town that has an engineering program, or eBay.
