Hi,
I have an old ADI AT-401 440 band HT that I attempted to reset by using the F+CALL reset method. I then attempted to mod it to go from 420 MHz to 469.999 mhz. I got about 3/4 of the way through the process and turned off the radio to reboot. When I turned it back on the display started flashing "145.000" and it will not go into the 440 band at all. I tried to reset it but it keeps coming up with the flashing "145.000" and when the PTT is pushed it says "OFF" and won't TX. From what I have found on the web it appears the PLL is out of sync and won't lock into the 440 band. Does anyone out there have any ideas how I might restore this radio back to the 440 band?
Thanks for any help.
George
