 Problem is the amplifier will only load to 350 mills
and maximum output is 400 watts. Original and new 4cx-1000 same. In the cw mode tuning indicator is not stable when keying the exciter. Had several so called amplifier garu's checkout amp without finding the problem. Any help would be appreciated. K1LKI

Check the screen voltage. Go on to Google,  look up 30S1. Then find modifications.  By jumpering the screen voltage with an isolation transformer you can make it a legal limit amplifier by todays standards.  Take care and good luck.  Bob
